Keep the Wheel.
On-Site Wheel Repair
We repair cosmetic damage to wheel faces and outer edges. The damage tells us what needs attention; the wheel's finish determines how we approach the repair.
What We Repair
- Curb rash and scraped rim edges
- Surface scratches and scuffs
- Chipped or damaged paint
Cosmetic repairs only. We do not weld wheels or repair structural damage.
Finishes We Work On
Painted wheels
Repair the damaged surface, then refinish to suit the wheel's color and finish.
Machined & diamond-cut wheels
We assess whether blending, machining or diamond cutting is appropriate. The wheel's condition and manufacturer guidance determine the options.
Meet Kevin.
Your Worcester Squad.
The Person Behind The Repair
Kevin learned wheel repair in the dealership world, working alongside an experienced technician at a Lexus dealership. Years of hands-on refinishing and word-of-mouth work shaped the way he approaches every wheel today.
Now leading Wheel Squad Worcester, he brings that experience to your premises—with careful preparation and a straightforward conversation about what your wheel needs.

Common Questions
Before You Book
What does a wheel repair cost?
Cosmetic repairs start at $125 per wheel. This is a starting price, not a flat rate: the wheel, finish and extent of damage determine the final quote. A $500 minimum service charge applies to retail jobs.
What types of wheel finishes do you work on?
We repair painted wheels and work with machined and diamond-cut finishes. Blending, machining or diamond cutting may be appropriate depending on the wheel, its condition and manufacturer guidance. We assess the options and explain any finish limitations before quoting.
Do I need to bring the vehicle to you?
No. Wheel Squad is mobile. We come to your dealership, body shop or premises within approximately 40 miles of Worcester. We'll confirm the service address and suitable setup space when arranging the work.
Do you weld wheels or repair cracks and bends?
No. We do not weld wheels or repair structural damage. Our work is cosmetic: repairing the appearance of the wheel's surface. Cracks, bends and air leaks need a separate assessment before any cosmetic work.
Do you work directly with drivers?
Yes. Dealerships and body shops are our primary customers, and drivers can also request an on-site cosmetic wheel repair quote. Choose "Consumer" in the inquiry form. A $500 minimum service charge applies to retail jobs.
What should I include in my quote request?
Tell us the vehicle, wheel finish, number of wheels, visible damage and service town or ZIP code. Mention any previous refinishing. Dealerships and body shops can also tell us whether this is a one-time job or an ongoing need. We'll confirm access and room for our mobile setup before arranging service.
Can you change my wheel color?
Color changes, including black, are available to discuss. Tell us your current wheel finish and the look you want, and we'll assess the options.
