Care in Every Step.

The Work Behind the Finish

From the first assessment to the final check, here’s how we approach cosmetic wheel repair at your premises.

The Right Approach.
For Your Wheel.

What Happens on Site

1

Wheel Assessment

Assess the wheel. Agree on the work.

We look at the damage, identify the finish and ask about any previous refinishing. A painted wheel and a machined face can need different approaches, even when the damage looks similar.

We explain the suitable repair options, any finish limitations and the price before starting. If the damage falls outside cosmetic repair, we'll tell you.

2

Protection

Set up. Prepare. Protect.

We confirm vehicle access and space for our mobile workspace at your dealership, body shop or premises. Then we prepare the affected surface and mask the surrounding areas for the chosen repair.

Careful masking protects the tire and sections around the spokes while the exposed finish receives attention.

3

Repair

Repair with the finish in mind.

We address the curb rash, scuffs or damaged paint using the approach agreed for your wheel. Painted wheels are refinished to suit their color and finish. Machined and diamond-cut wheels are assessed for blending, machining or diamond cutting where appropriate.

The wheel's condition and manufacturer guidance determine the options. A previous repair or a different coating can affect the approach and the result.

4

Finish

Review the finished work.

We inspect the repaired area and review the completed work, including any finish-care instructions. The goal is a carefully considered cosmetic repair with clear expectations from the first conversation.
